We ensure that our patients are kept up to date on current advances in hearing instrumentation technology. We assess your communication needs on an individual basis in order to make the most appropriate recommendations. We use hearing products from companies including:

Balance Testing:
Our physicians and audiologists work together to help determine whether the inner ear is a source of vertigo or dizziness in our patients. Your physician may order Videonystagmography (VNG) to evaluate your vertigo. We are the only practice in Austell and Douglasville that has the latest state of the art equipment for this type of test. The testing itself is done in our Austell office.
Audiologists:
Leslie Creager M.Ed., CCC-A
Leslie is the Audiologist in our Douglasville office. She has been with Bi-County Ear, Nose & Throat, PC since February 2000.

Leslie attended Northern Michigan University and graduated with a B.S. in Communication Disorders in December 1993. She then attended graduate school at the University of Georgia and received her Master's Degree in December 1996.

Leslie performs hearing evaluations for infants to adults. She also fits several brands of hearing instruments, and can offer advice on appropriate amplification for specific types of hearing loss.
Barbara Vogelhuber M.A., CCC-A
Barbara is the audiologist at the Austell office. She has been with Bi-County Ear, Nose & Throat, PC since May of 2007. Barbara has worked in a variety of settings including university, hospital and private practice throughout her career.

Barbara graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Communication in 1976 and went on to obtain her Master’s degree from The Ohio State University in 1978. She is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, the Georgia Academy of Audiology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
